Roger Pugh's case proves it isn't, unless you're bent copper of course. I'd like to bring readers the full tale but i can't as his case is caught up in the court system, there's a non disclosure order and anyone reporting it may well go to prison. Involving hundreds of cops, threats to Pugh and his families lives, the utterly corrupt police informant system, the fitting up of dozens of people and costing millions of pounds the 'system' is determined to prevent people knowing about it. So here's the only reported piece on it... If Pugh dies tomorrow they'd have a job burying him as he hasn't got a national insurance number, no passport, no identity, he can't work and legally he don't exist....
